This place is awesome! I totally agree that their change up in exercises on regular basis is impressive. My 11 yr. old daughter and 7 yr. old son, not only love to go (which I think is rare when you are getting your butt kicked with some serious workouts) but have received significant workouts, discipline, and have learned techniques. My daughter is a swimmer, and after a very short period of time of training, she made 4 Regional cuts, dropped time in all of her events, with her biggest of 11 seconds on her 200 Free. She says this place keeps her focus. My son plays football and baseball, and I'm satisfied with his improvement also for a little guy! They are not just another business place, the coaches are GREAT, they care and take interest in the improvement of the kiddos both professionally and personally.

Love how encouraging and motivating the coaches are! Matt loves going there. I'm impressed with the challenging workouts that are always changing. I'm excited this place is really motivating my son to get in shape!
